Improvement of the IT response to the Business Areas

To ensure that the IT area responds adequately to the demands of other areas of the company, it is essential that it is properly Frameworkd with methodology, tools and trained employees. In this context, Enterprise Architecture is a fundamental piece to create a framework that supports all phases of this architecture construction so that the IT area can respond in an assertive and agile way to the demands for new solutions and the evolution of current solutions, meeting the needs of organization current and future business.

Among the benefits of using Enterprise Architecture we highlight:

  • Operating environment is more stable
  • Investments are better used, allowing a greater share of innovation and consequently greater competitive advantage
  • Projects are less costly and carry less risk, executed within planned time and within budget and with expected results
  • Business areas view IT as a partner in achieving strategic business direction, not just an annoying cost center
  • When the IT mission is aligned with the fulfillment of the company’s mission, the entity is transformed into an agile company
